I’m Maria. I’m so glad you’re here. I offer individual therapy sessions to driven adults juggling the demands of high-stress careers, parenting, and intimate relationships. My mission is to help you break free from patterns that no longer serve you, so you can reconnect with your inner wisdom and move through life with clarity and purpose. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based model of psychotherapy that helps you gain skills to create a life that is aligned, vibrant, and whole.

My office is located in Fredericksburg, with easy access from I-95 and nearby Spotsylvania, Stafford, and surrounding communities.
I provide in-person therapy in Fredericksburg and online in Virginia.
